Stone Laying Ceremony

The first PPP housing project in the Sultanate of Oman, coming up in Barka will have 1051 housing units, commercial complexes, community services and a large area for recreational activities. Adrak Developers LLC, a consortium company led by Al Adrak Trading & Contracting Co. LLC has been selected by the Supreme Council for Planning and the Ministry of Housing, to develop this pilot PPP Housing project which is named as Hai Al Naseem under the master brand Surouh.
Stone Laying Ceremony for Hai Al Naseem, Barka was conducted on the 22nd October, 2018 by the Honorable Minister of Housing HE Saif bin Mohammed Al Shabibi. Seen along with HE is Dr. Thomas Alexander (4th from left), Chief Executive Director, Al Adrak Trading & Contracting Co LLC, HE Talal Sulaiman Al Rahbi, Deputy Secretary General - SCP (2nd from right), Yarub Al Hadhrami - Project Director (First from left).
